How I report bad results to clients

Failure is an inherent part of the PPC optimization process. 

Good clients know that.

Good clients also deserve an explanation when failure happens.

Here’s what I send them when this happens:

  1. This is what we did.
  2. This is why we did it.
  3. This is what happened.
  4. This is how we plan to fix it.
