There are two types of Adwords Scripts: ‘single account scripts’, and ‘manager account scripts’.
The latter are Adwords Scripts that run at the MCC level, and allow you to run scripts across multiple accounts.
The main advantage of using MCC level scripts is that you don’t have to maintain loads of scripts scattered around all your different client accounts. There is just one script to process multiple accounts.
