Think hard data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Price<br>\u2022 Number of pixels<br>\u2022 Horsepower<br>\u2022 Weight<br>\u2022 Etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) USPs\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The uniqueness of your company. Or how you would want it to be perceived. It can be a true statement, a marketing slogan, or what you want people to know about your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Saddleback leather: \u201c100-year guarantee; They\u2019ll Fight Over It When You\u2019re Dead\u201d<br>\u2022 FedEx Corporation: \u201cWhen it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight.\u201d<br>\u2022 Target: \u201cExpect More. Pay Less.\u201d<br>\u2022 Enterprise: \u201cPick Enterprise. We\u2019ll Pick You Up.\u201d<br>\u2022 Everything taxes: local, state, federal, and even international<br>\u2022 Plumbers: \u201cWe\u2019ll be there anytime, anywhere, day or night.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3) Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benefits are what someone gets from using a product or service.\u00a0A product or service&#8217;s benefit is why we pull out our credit card to make a purchase.\u00a0To come up with benefits, pick a feature, add &#8220;so you can&#8221; to the sentence, and finish the sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) Call to action\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calls to action tell a user what you want them to do.\u00a0When your landing pages feature that same call to action; you can often see higher conversion rates.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A good call to action combines a benefit statement with a call to action.\u00a0Consider this: &#8220;Subscribe to our newsletter&#8221; and &#8220;Receive powerful marketing tips.&#8221;\u00a0In the end, the result is the same. The user will get an email sent to their inbox. However, no one wants yet another email.\u00a0All marketers want powerful marketing tips.\u00a0By combining benefits and calls to action, you can stand out from the crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5) Testimonials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your best source for social proof and wordings that express the real benefits and will resonate with your audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Here&#8217;s the link to the sheet:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1VNlNEtAl3JmMLGnRHnE7Z8Ga5DOq0tHo5bLzc9mtFGw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1VNlNEtAl3JmMLGnRHnE7Z8Ga5DOq0tHo5bLzc9mtFGw\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PRO TIPS:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Group the entries in the different cells\u00a0based on their different themes. I use background colors for that. For example: sustainability (green), price (orange), comfort (blue), etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create different ads based on the different themes, using input from cells\u00a0with the same color.
